Performance Guidelines
Registration & Timing
All performers must register by the deadline to secure their performance slot. Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to allow for a final check of your equipment and a warm welcome from our staff.
Performance Duration
Performances are limited to a maximum of 5 minutes per act. We encourage you to keep your setlist concise and engaging to ensure a smooth flow for the audience and performers alike.
Equipment & Safety
All performers are responsible for the safety of their equipment. Please ensure that all props, costumes, and instruments are in good working order and do not pose a hazard to the audience or other performers.
Respect & Conduct
We maintain a respectful and inclusive atmosphere. Please be mindful of your fellow performers and audience members. Any disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the event.
